These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RouteReceipts, a Stripe App operated by RouteReceipts ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using RouteReceipts, you agree to these Terms.
RouteReceipts is a Stripe App that provides selective receipt delivery for Stripe invoice payments. The service allows you to maintain an allowlist of customers who should receive receipt emails, while suppressing receipts for all other customers.
RouteReceipts operates within the Stripe Apps platform and requires an active Stripe account. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's own terms of service.
2.1 You install RouteReceipts through the Stripe Marketplace. Your Stripe account credentials are managed entirely by Stripe; we do not have access to your Stripe password.
2.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of RouteReceipts, including the management of your receipt allowlist.
2.3 You must disable Stripe's built-in automatic receipt emails for RouteReceipts to function correctly. We are not responsible for duplicate receipts if this setting is not configured.
3.1 Free Tier. RouteReceipts offers a free plan that includes up to 20 receipts per month. No payment information is required for the free plan.
3.2 Paid Plans. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
3.3 Usage Limits. When you reach your plan's monthly receipt limit, receipt delivery is paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade to a higher plan. No receipts are lost — they are simply not sent.
3.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
3.5 Refunds. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment. Contact us to request a refund.

RouteReceipts and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Your use of RouteReceipts is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to RouteReceipts (allowlist entries, notes, etc.). We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not guarantee that receipts will be delivered to every allowlisted customer in every case. Receipt delivery depends on Stripe's infrastructure and email systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ROUTERECEIPTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to RouteReceipts at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service and uninstall it at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of RouteReceipts after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
